Returns on customized products such as Photo portraits, custom photo magnets, custom graphic T-shirts, custom miniature books, etc. are not permitted. On all other items, returns are accepted within 7 days. All products must be in original condition and packaging with the tags attached to the product. shipping is at the buyers expense.
